Pre-register for AUTOMEX Penang 2026 by 3 November 2026. Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive your unique referral link via email.
Step 2:
Share Your Link
Invite your colleagues and industry peers to visit AUTOMEX Penang 2026 using your unique referral link.
Step 3:
Earn Referrals
Each referral counts when they register using your unique link, their registration is approved, AND they attend the exhibition.
Step 4:
Win Prizes
Winners will be determined based on the number of approved and eligible referrals who attend the exhibition.

Terms & Conditions
- This campaign will run until 2 November 2026, 11:59 PM.
- This campaign is open to individual registrants only who pre-register before 3 November 2026 and receive a unique referral link.
- Participation is limited to pre-registered visitors only. Walk-in registrations will not be eligible or counted.
- Only approved registrations made via your unique link will count as valid referrals.
- Referrals must check-in onsite at AUTOMEX Penang (3 – 5 November 2026) to qualify. Registrations without physical attendance will not be counted.
- Referrals made without using your unique referral link will not be counted.
- Not applicable to group or bulk registrations made by companies.
- Winners will be determined by the highest number of referred visitors who check in onsite during the exhibition (3 – 5 November 2026).
- Three (3) winners will be selected based on the highest number of eligible referrals who attend the exhibition.
- Winners will be announced after the event, once all attendance records have been verified.
- Prizes will be distributed after the event, once results are finalised and verified.
- In the event of a tie, the organiser reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.
- The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
- The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and attendance records.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid registrations.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by the organiser are final and binding.
- Winners will be notified via email within one month after the event.
- By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your referral data for campaign administration purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
