Once registration is approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link in your confirmation email.

Step 2:

Share Your Link

Refer colleagues and industry peers using your unique link.

Step 3:

Earn Referrals

Each referral counts when they register using your unique link AND their registration is approved.

Step 4:

Win Exciting Prizes

Winners are determined by the highest number of approved referrals who attend the exhibition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility & Participation

  1. This campaign will run from 15 April 2026 to 20 May 2026, 11:59 PM.
  2. This campaign is open to individual registrants only who pre-register by 20 May 2026 and receive a unique referral link.
  3. Participation is limited to pre-registered visitors only. Walk-in registrations will not be eligible or counted.
  4. Only approved registrations made via your unique link will count as valid referrals.
  5. Referrals must check-in onsite at METALTECH & AUTOMEX (20–23 May 2026) to qualify. Registrations without physical attendance will not be counted.
  6. Referrals made without using your unique referral link will not be counted.
  7. Not applicable to group or bulk registrations made by companies.

Winner Determination & Prizes

  1. Winners will be determined by the highest number of referred visitors who check in onsite during the exhibition (20–23 May 2026).
  2. Winners will be announced after the event, once all attendance records have been verified.
  3. Prizes will be distributed after the event, once results are finalised and verified.
  4. In the event of a tie, the organiser reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.
  5. The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

  1. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and attendance records.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid registrations.

General Terms

  1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  2. All decisions made by the organiser are final and binding.
  3. Winners will be notified via email within one month after the event.
  4. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your referral data for campaign administration purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
