Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign is open to AUTOMEX Penang 2025 visitors who pre-register their visit at https://form.evenesis.com/automexpenang2025/pre-reg by 3 November 2025 at 11:59pm.
2. To be eligible for this campaign, all pre-registered visitors must attend AUTOMEX Penang 2025 in person.
3. Visitors must ensure the accuracy of their provided email addresses. In cases where registration is conducted on behalf of another individual, it is essential to include the email address of the person being registered.
4. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible visitors.
5. eTicket and Identification verification such as IC and/or passports will be required to authenticate the identity of the Winners.
6. Visitors must accept the prize as an “as is” basis and the prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for other merchandise. All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
7. Winners will be notified via email or phone number provided in the registration form.
8. By participating in this campaign, visitors consent to provide their personal information. The Organiser may publish and use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without any compensation or notice. 9. The organiser retains full copyright, intellectual property rights and ownership over any photographs, videos, direct quotes, statements, or testimonials collected from Winners for such promotional activities. Visitor Information will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Registration that are incomplete, inaccurate, or violate any of the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
11. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any visitor for fraudulent activities or any form of misconduct.
12. The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time, without notice.
13. Visitors expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with their participation in this Register & Win campaign. All indemnities, warranties, representations, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) except as set out herein and/or as may be otherwise expressly advised are hereby excluded. Organisers and their affiliates Group (as well as any employees or other representatives of the same) exclude all liability for any loss, injury, disease or damage whatsoever that visitors may suffer in connection with or arising from the Register & Win campaign whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss, injury or damage (including, without limitation, injury or disease to persons, property damage, theft, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or any other type of economic loss, injury or damage) or otherwise. The limitations and exclusions in this paragraph only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. By participating in this campaign, visitors agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser.
15. The Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the campaign period at any time without prior notice.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and visitors shall be bound by such changes.
17. The Organiser’s decision is FINAL. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
